American born DeBorah Fields is writer, a published author, screenwriter, lyricist, poet, and blogger. She grew up the single female in a male dominated family. Her world was filled with extraordinary people from a not so small Island called Beaufort in South Carolina.

 

Though she lives in New York and has lived in many areas of the U.S. She is an Island girl who is rich in many cultures which generates many stories. Every story carries its own significance and guaranteed to having you sitting on edge. Known for her gripping short ghost stories and hoodoo tales of dark cities now being turned into screenplays, episodes and scripts.

 

Through her writing she motivates people of all ages around the world to identify their greatness, overcome their weakness, and how to operate in their strengths.

 

She attended South College (University) in Savannah Ga, Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh Pa and also studied Theology at Regent University of Virginia Beach Va.; Acquiring graduate degrees from both LMU and Assumption College.

 

DeBorah began her public writing working as an editorial assistant and later a feature writer with The Virginian Pilot Media in print and online Newspaper in Norfolk, Va. She is a freelance writer who writes for The Phenomenal Godly Lifestyles Magazine as a special interest writer in Spirituality, as well as Phenomenal Sisters Magazine on current events and community spotlight.

A soulful poet and a love letter ballad songwriter who is known for creating her own greeting card with her own thoughts for every holiday and just because.

Some of her greatest mottos and favorite quotes that encourages her in life: “1 If you can’t help someone get to where they’re going, don’t give them directions. 2 Don’t discourage others from doing something, because you can’t do that thing, just get out of the way and let them try. 3.You’ll never know who has the answer if you never ask the question and You’ll never get the right answer if you don’t ask the right questions.” DeBorah is an advocate in the fight against hunger and poverty as well as the abuse of people in every form.

 

Though last but most important, Ms Fields is the Mother of two beautiful Daughters and Nana to a very special little girl.
